No complaints on this Starbucks location and it's a great stop to get your daily coffee The mocha cookie crumble frappuccino is great and would highly recommend it for anybody with a sweet tooth and likes their frap with a bit of a kick! I get mine with a double shot, plus a scoop of malt powder; you guys should give it a try! The only reason it's not a five star for me is that the location of the store is quite annoying to get to if you're coming from the highway. It's easy to spot but annoying to turn to, especially on busy hours where there's a lot of cars and traffic in the area.

This location was renovated in 2023, and the new look and feel is great. The fireplace is still there. There is a big group table for eight people (better than the old one that was there). Great feel!

This is my favorite Starbucks location in Colorado Springs! The people are always so friendly and they’ve never messed up my order. One of my most memorable experiences was when I got 2 drinks while I was with my dogs and I spilled one of them on the ground when my dogs pulled me. I went back to Starbucks to get another but they remembered I was already there and when I told them what happened, they gave me another drink for free. Highly recommend this location!

Best Starbucks in Colorado Springs in my opinion, everyone's super nice and I think Sage has made my drink multiple times and the way its made always tastes sm better than any other locations I go, would definitely give more stars if I could
